PARMAR, Karen: AACI. P. App., B.Comm (Dist)

I grew up in Dalmeny, Saskatchewan and then relocated to British Columbia where I finished high school. After high school I returned to my prairie roots. My family is involved in the agricultural industry and farms in the Dalmeny area. I started my appraisal career in 2003, graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 2004 and continued to pursue my AACI appraisal designation which I obtained in 2007. I currently complete agricultural, commercial and residential appraisals for a wide range of users. In addition, I specialize in expropriation valuation and consulting services for the Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure.

I specialize in secondary and rural markets through-out Southwest, West, Central and Northern Saskatchewan.
