I am deeply routed in the agricultural community and belong to various farm organizations as well as being on the Kawartha Lakes Ag Development Advisory Committee. Since 2012, I have been involved in the agricultural side of the insurance industry working with both farm clients and farm insurance brokers providing underwriting services, insurance and agricultural education.

My husband and I have been running our cash crop farm since 1994 and recently added the mulching business as a method to ensure land clearing could be done selectively with less impact on the landscape and with long-term soil improvement. We are involved with the community and have been custom cutting, baling and wrapping for several local farmers. Supporting our local farm and ag businesses is an important part of we do.
