Robert Fuller graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree with his Bachelor of Law in 1987. Robert received a specialist designation in taxation during his studies at Western University.
Robert practiced at a large, downtown Toronto law firm for two years prior to joining Brimage Law Group. Since joining Brimage Law Group, Robert authored the book, Agriculture Law in Canada by Butterworths, the definitive legal text book on law as it applies to rural issues. Robert has lectured extensively to various organizations, groups and non-profit corporations including the Chamber of Commerce, Haldimand-Norfolk Manufacturers’ Association, Norfolk District Business Development Corporation, Fanshawe College and the Norfolk County Economic Development Department. Robert is a frequent columnist on legal issues. Robert has appeared in the Supreme Court of Canada on rural liability issues. Robert is a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner and a member of the Canadian Association of Farm Advisors. Robert has been published in the Canadian Tax Journal.
