Monica has a unique background in finance and mediation, coupled with a passion for culture and education. She has travelled the globe extensively exploring all opportunities to continuously enhance her skill set and personal growth. Having previously worked with corporate giants Coopers and Lybrand (now PwC) and Rogers Cable systems, Monica’s foray into business began early on, teaching her the importance of business mechanics and good communication skills.  Ultimately this led her to learn more about business, accounting and economics, as well as better communication and conflict resolution skills.
